In a default OTRS installation 9 calendars are available, which can be configured graphically. Using the SysConfig framework found in the admin interface, this number can be increased to 99, by using the calendar 1 etc. links:

OTRS::ITSM中使用“TimeWorkingHours工作时间”来定义所谓的“服务级别窗口”，您的组织保证给客户提供某个服务级别的时间范围。如果需要，可以监控和/或评估这些时间范围以保证承诺的服务级别协议。
